No it does not, would need to install the Command Link gauge kit to use the ***** function. -

You would the whole kit,
6Y8-WE83S-70-00 Command Link Tach kit
Also need one Main Bus wire to connect hub(hubs included in kit) at transom and to hub at console, available in these lengths.
