1996 Yamaha 9.9 tuned 15hp

Hi, I have a 1996 9.9FMH L 457323W (682C) outboard professionally tuned to 15hp. I want to convert to remotes, and need to know what parts I will need, and their cost. Also, there is an electrical port/connection on the outboard that has a spade end and another bit inside which I imagine is for electric start etc. Need a connection to fit this (I can send a photo if helpful).

That model number is a 2005 manual start model. You would need all parts on this diagram, 2005 9.9FMHS Yamaha Outboard REMO CON ATTACHMENT Diagram and Parts
and a 701 side mount control box(manual start models) is 701-48130-02-00 701 Side Mount
also need two MAR-CABLE-xx-SC(replace xx with length cable needed) shifty and throttle cables.
