Cant get ignition to starter for 115 2 stroke 2006 Model.

Hello all.

I cannot get my engine to crank over at all. No power getting to the start solenoid.

I have confirmed that the following does work..

Neutral Position switch in the 703 Control Box.
Start Solenoid.
Good Battery.
Safety Lanard In.

It happened after runmning for a while, then cutting the motor, when i went to re-start, nothing.....

I have checked the voltage across the two leads going to the start solenoid, when i turn the ignition key, and there is no voltage. I presume, when you turn the key, there should be a voltage there to energize the starter coil...

Any help on what i might be missing would be good, it was, up until then a perfectly running engine.

Have you checked for burnt fuses. Sounds like it. While you're at it see what shorted it.
