1996 Yamaha 9.9 tuned 15hp

Hi, I have a 1996 Yamaha 9.9hp professionally tuned/modified to 15hp. At present the outboard is setup with a tiller, but I want to convert it to remotes. There is a connection port next to the manual choke -it has a spade-type connection and something that looks like a small half moon connection - I can't find out what connection plug I need - it doesn't appear to be an 8 or 10 pin connection. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what model motor you have but I'm not sure what connector you are referring to.
