RZ 80 No Crank

Hello,

My RZ 80 will not crank.

Battery check ok.
Starter Solnoid clicks.
I had a "bang" when I tried start the engine yesterday at the dock. Sounded like a electrical "bang".

Could it be on the three relays on the right side of the starter?

Any other ideas?

Update

Update:

I removed and benchchecked the Starter Relay with a 12 V battery. The relay does not work, no movement of the actuator.

Here we go, $ 313 later....
