130 TLRY not pumping oil to motor tank

It has A new oil float sender and control unit with manual switch, it will pump when switch is applied, but not auto with motor running,I am also using A known good remote tank and harness for testing purpose, I am not getting the needed ground circuit from the blue wire on the engine harness that I get when the pump runs manual. CDI unit ?

Chech grounds at oil control unit. With new style oil control unit engine gas to be running to operate oil transfer pump.
