1998 25MSHX Electric Starter

I have a 1998 Yamaha 25HP 2-stroke outboard model 25MSHX S that I would like to convert to an electric start. I spoke to customer service and they suggested posting this in an effort to identify the required parts (or conversion kit) to add this feature. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Is there a way to confirm if the rotor on the motor can be used with the starter?

Does flywheel have the starter ring gear on it?, Parts list shows different flywheel for manual start and electric start models.
