Motor Identification

Hey guys, I need help identifying a motor that I purchased. I know it's a 150 20" shaft but that's about it. I need the year and the model. The plate on the bracket that has the model number is missing. The only thing I have is the emissions sticker and a sticker the appears to be the manufacter date. The numbers on the emissions sticker are top left Engine Family 1ymxm2.601ca and bottom left 64c-2179x-03. Let me know what you guys think it is or if you need any other pictures.

looks like a hot motor the thieves took the plate off of to keep from it being identified. Here in Texas the motors require a title, how about your state.

O3/00 should be 2000 model , I do not think they produced motors that far ahead for it to be a 2001 but I could be wrong

check the welsh plugs one of them should also have the engine number stamped in it.

Spark plug cables has 2000 stamped on them. Now where is the Welsh Plug? Sorry I'm kind of new to outboards. Thanks for the responses.
