Does my engine use Rotor, Rotor Cap, and PCV Valve? If so what are part numbers?

No it has CDI electronic ignition.

Looks like it would benefit you greatly to pick up a Yamaha service manual and read up on your motor and the services it needs

I have a manual...got to admit that I was just acting lazy. Rather than look for the manual or take off the cowling (which is a little difficult because I have a poling platform), I just posted the question.
