Does anyone have a listing as to what all the switch settings are on the Multi Function Speedometer?

I am looking for this information because I am installing a new fuel sender unit. -
The first 2 switch's are speed settings.
Switch #1 and #2 up = km/h,
switch #1 down #2 up = mph,
switch #1 and #2 down = knots,
Switch #3 and #4 are fuel sender settings.
switch #3 and #4 up = 5-105 ohm sender,
switch #3 down and #4 up = 30-230 ohm sender(USA),
switch #3 and #4 down =180 ohm(Europe)Comment
