Question about steering handle 6BC-42101-11-00

For an yamaha F40 LA this multifunction tiller handle 6BC-42101-11-00 it is ok?
Have leds indicator for oil and overheat? It is very important to me.
Do y need to buy with this steering handle the F40 LA fitting kit?
Y need to know all these answers because y want to know if y purchase this item. The price for the steering is $1013,very expensive and y want to know all the details.

Here is link to parts listing on that steering handle, 2006 and Later 4-stroke F40LA Yamaha Outboard Parts "STEERING 1" and "STEERING 2" list what comes with that handle, it is only listed for that model motor and don't know if will work on any other model.

You did not tell me if the handle have led indicator for overheat warning and oil warning.This is the main reason y want to buy.
