Wiring Diagram 2002 225 2-stroke

I'm new to this forum. I am re-powering my 22ft Proline with a 2002 OX-66 Yamaha EFI. I have all of the cables and 2 digital gauges. Does anyone have access to the complete wiring diagram for the flush mount 6X0, single ignition switch and digital Tack, and Speedometer? I am replacing a Mercury outboard - hence the entire control-wiring switch. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. I have ordered the 6x0 throttle and single ignition switch from Boats.net. The diagram you have listed is for the 6x3 throttle. Are there any significant differences in the wiring. I have the multifunction Tack & Speedo as well. Thanks again.
