I have had to replace three of these key pad switch assemblies over the last five years because the module that monitors the engine rpm appears to fail when the engines are running at 4,000 rpms or higher causing first one engine to miss and then the other and so on until the rpms are brought down under 3500.
I examined the last assembly and found some minor rust on the frame, but no evidence of any wiring problem
Any thoughts?
