NO power on throttle up

I have a yamaha pro v 150hp and it idles fine but when I throttle it up it bogs down and will not even come close to planing out. Carbs look good. Almost sounds like its not firing on all cylinders. Can someone please help me and point me in the right direction to start.

feather choke to see if it helps, then clean/rebuild carbs

Took it to the mechanic and did a fuel test and he said I had water in the fuel. Taking out the fuel tank, drain and refill. Also draining the carbs to get fresh fuel in. Hope it works!

Don't forget to flush/clean all of the lines and fuel filters and pumps. that stuff will be everywhere and after you crank it back up it will hit again if you don't do it all

That's what I told the mechanic. I said if were gonna do it, do it right.
