Fuel Pump??

I have a 2004 25 hp that has always run perfect. Took it vacation and it quit running after two days. I'm thinking fuel pump, the fuel bulb has no pressure. I too the pump off and looked inside and couldn't find anything obvious such as tear in diaphram. Any ideas before I replace pump?:

unbolt it, pump ball, if it leaks, replace

Thanks, no leak, noticed some oil had leaked around the O ring...still no pressure when pumping ball

Bulb should pump up and get firm.
Sounds like the primer bulb check valves are bad or you have a restriction or air leak and it is just sucking air.
See if you can borrow a complete fuel line from a friend and see if that takes care of your problem

Are you pumping the bulb with the arrow in the vertical position is the emergency lanyard in place
