220 spclk crank position sensor

I'm trying to test the c.p.s and getting no continuity whatsoever, Seloc manual has no running output spec's. Does anyone have the specs in a factory manual, or am I to assume the sensor is shot? There are none of these currently in inventory, not even Japan, so I'm hoping that maybe I'm overlooking something here. Thanks

No specs on output voltage but with peak reading volt meter it should show some voltage.
