Help Please- 2000 Yami T9.9 Carburetor

Hi,

I just pulled the carburetor to clean and noticed I may be missing! a couple of pieces when comparing it to the parts diagram from Yamaha.

The diagram shows 2 jets:

#8 648-14343-43-00 JET, MAIN (#86)

#25 6A4-14344-30-00 JET, STARTER (#60)


I bought this used so I am wondering if the other owner lost or took these out or?
