Motor Identification/cross reference to U.S. Model

I Purchased a Boat with a Yamaha Outboard. The Model Identification is V250 AETO 61A X 706120 It is a Saltwater Series II OX66 Fuel Injection. Trying to match these numbers with U.S. Numbers so I can purchase an Owners manuel and parts also identify that year of this model? Anyone know the origin of the Model numbers or what the U.S. equivalent would be?

Thanks for the information! I asked this question several weeks ago and had given up! Dealers nor parts sales could using several contacts. Who would have thought of looking at the spark plug cable's?
