I hav put in new waterpump the buzzer going off it will run sometimes for mils and sometimes it will go a mile and go off i run it at 1/4 and it will go off and i can go i thank the water chanels are blocked some ware i took out trmo out help some on running time i thaik i need to pull head and see.

Found the head cover clear no wight salt but brown on chanel walls. two of the bolts saped off on the head cover now i dont wont that to happen to head bolts whats the best way to get studs out. will this brown film keep it from cooling.

never, EVER pull and leave out the thermostat on a water cooled motor without putting some kind of restriction in its place as the will cause hot spots in places. The motor needs it in place to circulate water to all parts of the motor as designed
