Hi All,
I have a 2007 Yamaha F60 that only has 30 hours on it. Its like new and is hardly ever used. I used the engine on Monday and it was all fine. When I trailed the boat home I tried to trim the engine down and the power trim was so slow it almost stopped. I thought it might have been the battery. I trimmed it up on Tuesday ready to launch but when the boat was in the water again it trimmed down slowly then stopped half way. I couldn't get it down any further but it went up fine. I brought it home and charged the battery overnight. It still didn't make much difference but did trim down extremely slowly until it stopped just before maximum. It will trim up fine but just clicks now when I try to trim it down. I think if I leave it again for 24 hours it will trim down slowly ( hopefully ). Any suggestions what might be wrong ???
