2005 F150 TXRD power loss

My '05 F150 has about 2/3 the power and speed that it used to have. Lots of talk on various forums about filters being clogged. I have already changed the bowl filter, VST, and the filter on top of the VST. Can someone tell me how to properly clean the injector screens? Also, where on the fuel rail should I put a pressure gauge to check it? Lastly, other symptom is the fuel bowl will not stay full and the bulb loses its prime. Any help on this?

Need to have fuel vacumn test done to see if have fuel restriction in boat system as well as fuel pressure test low and high pressure pumps.
