F150 Hard Starting

I have a 2008 F150 that doesn't start sometimes when it's hot. It will crank but not fire. If I pump the bulb a couple of times it will start. I did some research on this forum and found some info on a vapor kit for the F150. Does the 2008 model require one? If so where can I find the information and is it a covered under warranty? Thanks in advance for the guidance.

A 2008 engine already has a vapor recovery system on it.
