1988 70hp FunJet

It has a 70hp Yamaha engine with 3 carbs.

Is there a way to run water tru it so I can test it / work on it out of the water.

I don't see no obvious jacket-ports, but a little 5/16 screw-in thingy came with it tha looks like was meant to attach a hose to... where does it go? if-so

Any help would be appreciated - TIA

Also, I've started it out of water n after a minute or so a buzzer goes off - is this a normal heat sensor type alarm.

If this has an waverunner engine in it then number 10 in this diagram was the flush port screw, Yamaha no longer sells the flush adapter to install on that engine, may have to check on aftermarket parts to find a flusher.
