motor shake and alignment

Twin F225's model year 2003, about 400 hours. Port side motor shakes, about an inch each way, while starboard side does not. Engines run fine, so Im thinking its how the two are linked, like some bracket, and/or alignment. Im sure that I have hit the port motor on a piling at one point or another....

So what should I look for?

Might check for loose play in motor mounts or steering linkage.
