Yahama Motor Problem

I havea 2006 F90TLR Yamaha fuel injected motor. The motor starts okay and runs okay at low speed. When I throtle up to high speed, it runs at full throtle for a few seconds and cuts out and excelerates and cuts out and continues this but doesn't stall.I have added Sea Foam, dry gas, checked the fuel filter and changed the plugs. Nothing helped! I ordered a new fuel pump from your co. but ordered the wrong one. When I talked to a Customer Rep. he said there were two fuel pumps on this model, a low pressure and a high pressure pump. Please advise on which I need.

I have no way to monitor the fuel pressures. Based on your experience, what pump is likely to be the problem?
