2011 225 four stoke reverse horn

I have a 2011 225 four stroke. Every time I go into reverse the warning horn goes off. Can anyone help me and tell me whats wrong with this problem?

If there is water in fuel filter on engine the alarm will sound when put shift into neutral. Need to check shift cable adjustment and make sure no wires are caught on shifter on engine when put in reverse.
