help...oil drain plug too tight

I have a 2006 F90. It looks like I may have torqued the oil drain plug too tight last year. I cannot get the plug out and i am afraid i will strip it.
Should I just leave it "as is" and pump the oil out or does someone have a suggestion on how to loosen it. By the way, I am using a 14 mm socket...right?

I believe Rodbolt17 has said it is best to pump it out to keep from stripping the threads, and he is a Master Yamaha Tech

My 2nd on what Rodbolt said about pumping the oil out to avoid the stripped drain plug problem, which he said was fairly common. If you strip it, then a Helicoil repair will be required. I'd do the pump!
