There are two holes in the linkage arm that goesfrom the bottom carb to the control arm for the oil injection pump. When it came off, I was sure it wad on the bottom of the two. When I was putting it back together, my dad pointed out that the manual shows it in the top holes I put it there. Having problems with rough idle and smoking and some high speed rpm fluctuations. Too much oil? Anyone know which hole that the arm is supposed to go in? Also just found the linkage at the oil pump itself was broken. Looks to me like it may have been stressed from the front one being in the wrong hole. I moved it back and temp fixed the back plastic linkage with a zip tie and the travel of the arm makes more sense to me. Anyone know which hole?
