Okay.. Put everything back together and ran tests. The high pressure pump in the VST is working within normal limits. The ISC is opening and closing @ the right points and is within limits as well. The boat tech ran his laptop on the engine while it was running and everything was ok. He stated that the problem could be occurring from the ECU or a pulser pack. I am going to test the engine tomorrow under load at the the river. I will take my muliti-meter and repair manual and check the values. Hopefully this will end this nightmare.
