F100 carburator problems?

Hi, I have 2000 model, F100. The motor has done 185 hours. Of late every time I launch it seems as if one or more cylinder are not fire-ing.
I then unplug the fuel tank and run the carbs dry. When I reconnect and re-prime the carbs is seems to run fine with the occasional stalling (Hunting?)
What can be the cause?

I'm not a expert on four strokes. That said it sounds like something in the fuel system. Dirty cab or ethanol issue.

Maybe start by draining(with drain plug) each carb onto a clean white rag to get an idea of water/trash/debris in bottom of float chambers? Check fuel delivery system from tank pick-up, fittings, primer bulb, quick disconnect on cowling, fuel pump, fuel filter. Good Luck and let us know what you find!
