I am in the process of junking my engine which is a yamaha 40. On top of the engine is a half circle that looks like a lift. Can I lift my engine off the boat with this or will i need something more.
Had to go out and look at my 40 to see as I have not pulled it before, but it looks like it should balance fairly well if lifted from that point and I did not see any other place to hook up another as on the bigger motors
