115 V4 Yamaha oil injection problem. Also no full power and motor dies out.

Hello. There is a problem in the oil area. If I leave motor on tilt over night with oil tank on side of motor, oil will run through oil lines into engine.
Also when motor is running, I can't get full power or even half power. Every time I use the throttle, it will splutter and die out but if I idle throttle or just over idle, it will run good at that speed only. Please help.

Just read the manual. If you are low on oil it will lower your rpm's to prevent serious damage. Check you oil level.
