High speed charge coil

OK guys , need some advice here,checked resistance on high speed charge coil & it reads 130 ohms connected or disconnected . Low speed side is within specs . The Seloc book says high speed charge coil should 191-288 ohms on this 94 C75TLRS engine . How will this effect the way the engine runs ? I cant check voltages yet, still waiting on carb kits & fuel pump.

You can check voltages at cranking speed. Yamaha service Manual has specs for that also
