Here is the scenario....
Starboard engine of twin 2003 HPDI 250's, 750 hours. HS 2800 is the ride.
When the boat is running in either a head or following sea (or just hits a wake) the starboard engine kicks up just enough to cavitate a little. Maybe an inch. Will sometime do it as well when powering up to get on plane. There is no sign of H. fluid in the transom, there is no slick in the water by the boat.
Have bled out the hydraulics and topped it off... still happens. Have tied it to the dock and run it in reverse to try and imitate that open water issue, it does not kick up at all..
Running on flat water... no problem at all.
Any sugestions on what to check next would be greatly appreciated.
