I have a 2006 Yamaha F115TXR on a 186 Keywest Bayreef. Recently, I was able to crank motor as usual as I launched the boat but the primer bulb did not get hard as usual. Tied the boat to dock and parked truck. After a few minutes I cranked the motor and moved a short distance. After placing in neutral the engine stalled. Cranked it again and the engine died after 20 seconds. Did that a couple of time. Tried to pump the primer bulb but still would not get hard. Would still crank but would stall after 20 seconds. Seems to be starving of fuel. Any suggestions?

Fill the tank. Check the fuel lines from the tank to the primer bulb for air leaks. Squeeze the bulb several times. Check the fuel lines from the primer bulb to the motor and inside the motor for fuel leaks. If you don't find anything, replace the primer bulb. Change your water separator if its a few years old.
