No Ignition Power

I have a 2000 Yamaha 115 2-stroke (C115TXRY) pre-mix. Motor was running fine. Started right up at home, drove to the ramp and had no power when turning key and no movement at all of needle on voltage meter. Battery tests fine, all other power works fine: elect choke, tilt & trim, all pumps, lights, radio, etc. I replaced the key switch with no solution. Any ideas?

if the choke works we have power to the key switch.
what control box is used and what guage package.
