150 HPDI cutting out

I have a 2000 150 HPDI and replaced the high pressure fuel pump and drivebelt and gear last fall. Thought all was well but when I got thoe boat out of storage it was cutting out WOT. Cleaned my battery connections and it appeared to be gone, thought that was the problem but now over the wekend it cut out a few times at WOT again.

Does anyone have any ideas if this could be related to my battery or do I need to get back to the dealer?

replaced battery no change, could it be the O2 sensor?

I am wondering if my problems could be related to the O2 sensor or the Throttel positioning sensor?

still sounds fuel related and the ONLY way to find it will be by running it at the problem RPM and load with YDIS connected.

Sounds like your vst filter screen is plugged,had the same problem with my 150 hpdi.The screen is located on the electric fuel pump in the vst tank
