Command Link Wiring

I have a brand new 2008 F 115 TLR, I have been in the process of re-powering a 50 foot houseboat for a few years now. I just purchased a command link two gauge kit and all associated wiring but have run into a problem, the harness from the engine to the first bus does not match up at the engine.

There should have been a 12ft Pigtail Bus wire in kit that connects to white(not an off white colored connector, match to same color as pigtail bus wire) connector on engine and connects to device port of hub mouted at stern of boat, then connect a Main Bus wire between hub at stern and hub at console.
