Dual Charging Circuit on '00 Yamaha 150 2 stroke

Hi, as i'm a newby hope i'm following the correct procedure....

My first question - I have a 2000 Yamaha 150 and would like some info on the charging circuit, and my 2nd question is there a dual charge circuit which will allow me to charge a second battery for the aux equipment like radio's etc?

yes, its the 30 amp fuse thats capped off on the stbd side of the engine.
thats the isolator circuit.
