  • Trim Gage connection

A yamaha dealer installed a new 2005 F115 on my pontoon. It originaly had a 2000 F50. The conversion went well until it came to the trim gage connection. The connector on the new motor F115 is the same as the one from the boat (both are female connectors). They were not sure what to do, is there a simple solution? All the other gages work great.

You're going to have to get the oil/trim harness for that guage. But when you do, you only use the male connector that goes to the female connector at the engine. The 2005 F115 only uses one connector.
