Have a problem with my 1989 130 etxf 2 stroke stalling at low idle of coming off of cruise. I have changed carbs., no difference, ran on aux. tank still stalls. I am thinking it may be the upper crank shaft seal ?? This motor was bought used and had set up for about 9 months. Any help or comments will help.
