2003 yamaha 90 hp 2 stroke carb 2

There is excessive gas coming out of carb 2 shortly after start up that is bogging down the motor. Any advice?

Clean the carbs
and lines and pump also to make sure no trash hits the cleaned carbs after reinstalling
