1986 yam 115 hp won't get up and go

I have rebuilt carbs and new hose for fuel with tank. The air screw was messed with. I have followed the reset on the manul and the idal is set at 700 and the ***** is set at 600 to 700 but when i go full throtel it will not get up and go unless I hit the choke button, It will go for a sec then right back to idal. Any ideals on what else to do or is the upper carb not set right on it, Thanks for any help on this matter.

If you are hitting the choke for it to run you still have carb problems, Have all passages been cleared? Float level right?

yes all carbs and hose's have been done. And float has been set.

If it helps to choke it then it has fuel in the carb bowls, but not allowing it to flow through the passages properly. do a better job on the carb cleaning
