Please tell me if you are familiar with 40hp TLRC model.

1. Is it with power tilt or trim?

2.What is a differences between 1990 ETLD and 2004 TLRC ?

Yes it's power tilt and trim, long shaft, remote control model.
The year is only difference.

Please explain how to connect analogue trim gauge to engine connector?
Is it required additional power from 12v baterry ?

The trim harness, 68F-82553-60-00 connects to engine connector and connect to trim gauge(may have to cut connector off of harness and connect pink wire to trim sender post on gauge).
If don't already have gauges in boat then would also need 6Y5-83553-N0-00 Gauge Power Harness , connects betwqeen key switch and gauge for power.
