Technical help around here poor. Have one motor that will only turn up to a certain RPM and then sputters. Any ideas? Other motor runs smoothly enough but lacks hp.
Need to have compression test run on it and a spark plug reading to see if running lean or rich. Check fuel system for water or plugged filters. Have ignition system tested to see if losing fire on one or more cylinders, may need carbs cleaned.
