Fuel hose for two stroke inside

Did anyone here replace their internal fuel hoses between the pump and the carbs on a two stroke? If so, what hose did you use and was is available online?

Depending on age of motor, wonder if Yam changed the type of hose used. My '98's still have the original thin wall pliable stuff. Think I need to replace next year, starting to see real small cracks on the ends.
