06 90 hp 4 stroke runs rough

06 90 hp 4 stroke runs rough, only reached 5k rpms. replaced spark plugs, new fuel water sep. all spark plugs are getting strong spark. figure there must be a blocked/fouled fuel injector.

Is it easy to remove and clean the injectors?
