I apologize if this has been covered before, here is my question; I have a 2003 t8plrb with power tilt, i have had problem twice now with the electric motor getting oil from the resivoir into the electric motor and shorting it out burning the electric motor up,, its coming in thru the seal, im not sure why and have ordered a new motor assmy#69G-43880, only to have it do the same thing.Im wondering if anyone has similar prob. Can the oil be from the pump inside by-passing and pressurizing the case and forcing the oil past the seal into electric motor? Am I bleeding it wrong? Its about $380 for the little electric motor. When its working, it works fine, tilts, holds, but after a few trips, tilting it uop and down several times, its done the same thing, starts acting up and shorting out, i open it up to find oil in the electric motor and burned up. Any help be appreciated.
