Got the command link gauges ...BUT ??

Hi group ,

I got a set of Command Link Gauges, a 6y8t-11 / 6y80-11 / 64E-43139-00-00
and cables 6y8-82521-31 6ft / 6y8-82521-11 2ft x2 / 6y8-83553-01 / 6y8-82553-21 20ft

But but but my engine is a 2007 F30 AETL ( with carbs ) ... I was certain this set would fit ...but no - i have a wire with a different plug, and differerent colored wires....


Can a conversion be made ???

I really hope so - or could i modify the engine to become a EFI engine I recon the F30 AETL is same as a F40 ..or ??'

Don't have much information on that model motor but as far as I know there is no way to make Command Link gauges work on that motor.

Ahh it might be an european version :-) actually its a bit strange - not much info about it ...its a 748 like the 40hp ...dont know if the carbs are just different or what other differences there are .....

What a shame i cant hook it up - so either get new 2011 F30 EFI ...or get new gauges :-)

If it has a off white colored 4 prong square connector on engine next to the main engine harness connector to control box then can use
6YR-W0035-E2-00 Multifunction Tach Kit
or 6YR-W0035-F2-00 Multifunction Tach and Speedometer kit
