2002 Yamaha F115 Stalls when shifting

My 2002 Yamaha F115 stalls when shifting into neutral coming down from running speed, loading on the trailer etc. It does not happen all the time but does occur frequently. Engine runs fine otherwise and idles at about 700rpm. Thanks in advance for your help.

check the ISC valve,shift position switch and the TPS voltage then test fuel rail pressure.
